Mama has made the rules very clear. It is time for lights out, sweet dreams, and absolutely no more reading in bed! After she finishes their bedtime story, the Five Little Monkeys are supposed to go to sleep. But they simply cannot resist the urge to read just one more book to each other. As the monkeys laugh at funny stories and gasp at scary ones, Mama has to keep returning to their room to quiet them down. Finally, she is so exhausted by their antics that she takes all their books away with her.
