Mrs. Morgan is the grumpiest neighbor on the block. After she hits Rex with a broom, Pinky, Rex, and Amanda decide they have had enough of her bad temper. The kids gather together and start plotting the perfect revenge to get even with the mean old woman who lives across the street.
