Isabel wants one thing more than anything else in the world: a bright, shiny, floaty balloon. Graduation Day is coming up, and every student in her class is going to get one. Well, almost everyone. The teacher says that porcupines and balloons are a terrible mix, which means Isabel and her spiky friends are supposed to get boring bookmarks instead.
