Farmer Brown has a very unusual and noisy problem on his hands. All day long, he hears the strange sounds of clicking and clacking echoing from the barn. His cows have discovered an old typewriter, and they have figured out exactly how to use it. The real trouble begins when the cows start typing actual letters and leaving them for the farmer. They are cold at night, and they have a very specific demand: they want electric blankets. When Farmer Brown refuses to give in, the cows decide to take serious action. They go on strike and refuse to give him any milk until their demands are met. Soon, the chickens join the protest too.
