A massive mountain stands between two stubborn creatures who have never actually seen each other. Living on opposite sides of the rocky peak, the two monsters communicate only by shouting through a small hole in the stone. One evening, a simple conversation turns into a massive argument over whether the day is ending or the night is beginning. Refusing to see the other's point of view, the angry neighbors begin hurling insults, which quickly escalates into hurling massive boulders. The furious rock-throwing continues until the entire mountain is smashed to pieces. Standing in the rubble, the two foes finally come face-to-face and make a startling discovery about the setting sun and the rising moon.
