Ten-year-old Howard Jeeter is absolutely certain that his parents have ruined his life. Forced to move across the country to a street with the embarrassing name of Chester Pewe, Howard is struggling to fit in. At his new school, the other kids treat him like he is completely invisible. The only person who pays any attention to him is his new neighbor, Molly Vera Thompson. There is just one problem: Molly is only six years old, and she never, ever stops talking.
