The old Bailey City Library is a creepy gothic building, and it has always been decorated with six large stone gargoyles perched high up on the roof. But suddenly, there are only five statues staring down at the town. Right around the same time, a grumpy new school bus driver named Mr. Stone starts working at the elementary school.
