Simon is the kind of kid who always has a lot to say. In fact, he sometimes has trouble stopping himself from talking, even right in the middle of an important class. When Simon's endless jabbering finally gets him into serious trouble at school, he worries that a major grounding is waiting for him at home. Fortunately, his best friends Molly and Rosie are not about to let Simon face his punishment alone. The creative crew from Table 5 quickly brainstorms an elaborate plan to keep Simon out of trouble with his parents. As usual, their big idea is incredibly complicated and involves a totally unexpected mix of cars, massive amounts of soapy suds, and a flock of bright pink plastic flamingos. What starts as a simple mission to save a friend quickly spirals into a hilarious neighborhood disaster. The three friends will have to work together, think fast, and clean up their bubbly mess before they all end up in even hotter water.
