Gobble, gobble! Room One is getting ready for their very own Thanksgiving feast, and everyone is buzzing with excitement. There is even a big contest to see which class can write the absolute best thankful list, and the winners will get a delicious pumpkin pie! But for the world's funniest first grader, Junie B. Jones, being thankful is actually a lot harder than it looks. She definitely is not thankful for Tattletale May, or squishy squash, or wearing scratchy Pilgrim costumes. And pumpkin pie just makes her want to gag! While her classmates are thankful for whipped cream and dog treats, Junie B. is only thankful for her stuffed elephant.
