Life is perfectly peaceful on the muddy banks of the Nile until the famous conqueror Napoleon Bonaparte arrives in Egypt. While packing up ancient mummies and grand statues to take back to France, Napoleon decides he simply must have a live crocodile as a souvenir. Suddenly, our hungry hero finds himself transported to the busy streets of Paris. At first, being the most famous creature in the city is delightful. Everyone admires him, and he feels quite important. But the grand life loses its charm when the pampered reptile discovers he is about to become the main course at a fancy dinner party. Now, this clever crocodile must figure out a way to escape the cooking pot and navigate the strange French city all on his own.
