The Fourth of July Pet Parade is the biggest event of the summer in Green Lawn! Bradley, Brian, Nate, and Lucy are determined to win the costume contest. The grand prize is getting to be the town mayor for an entire day! They have the perfect plan, dressing up Polly the pony as an important historical figure and getting Pal the dog ready for the spotlight. Just as the festivities are about to begin, disaster strikes the group. Polly gets stage fright and gallops away, with her silly costume still sitting right on her head! Even worse, Pal the dog vanishes into the crowd. The animals are nowhere to be found, and the big parade is starting very soon.
