KRKB School/Library Plan
A setup-ready reading engagement program for classrooms, school libraries, and public library programs, with public browsing where appropriate and managed reader access when saved participation is needed.
Starting at $1,000/year
A simple school/library package with manual invoice or purchase order support.
250 managed reader + 5 staff seats
Reader seats may be managed profiles, roster rows, nicknames, QR login cards, or join links for classes, groups, or Reading Programs.
Optional personal accounts still work
Personal or family accounts remain available where appropriate. A school or library plan adds managed access, support, seats, and rollout help.
Access model for schools and libraries
Managed reader access, not required patron self-registration
Public shelves, challenge pages, QR posters, and rollout resources can be browsed without personal KRKB accounts. When a school or public library wants saved participation, reader work, assignments, reports, or moderation queues, it can use school/library-managed reader profiles, rosters, nicknames, QR login cards, group codes, or Reading Program join links created by authorized staff instead of asking children or patrons to self-register with personal email accounts.
What the plan includes
Here is what a school or library gets beyond basic self-service use: help launching, easier reader access, safer student work, reading programs, family handouts, and reports adults can actually use.
KRKB Setup
A guided checklist helps teachers, librarians, and program admins get from first group to first reader activity without guessing.
Roster and QR access
Add readers by CSV or pasted names, print QR login cards, share group codes or Reading Program join links, and avoid personal email self-registration for children or patrons.
Reviews, stories, quizzes, and discussions
Give readers real things to do: write reviews, take quizzes, respond to story prompts, recommend books, explore shelves, or talk in a private discussion space.
Shelves, programs, and challenges
Build curated shelves, run Reading Programs, and create challenges for review crews, shelf explorers, seasonal reading, and Battle of the Books.
Moderation support
Reader-created work is checked by AI first, with admin review and educator queues for reviews, stories, quizzes, and discussions.
Reports and family handouts
Print family letters and open impact reports for class or program activity: reviews, stories, quizzes, shelves, wishlists, and follow-up signals.
Ready for approval and rollout
From approval to launch week
Use the procurement packet for privacy, AI use, moderation, subprocessors, accessibility, invoice/PO instructions, and plan terms. Then use the rollout pages for launch scripts, family letters, posters, rubrics, weekly notes, and simple report outlines.
