Plan purpose
The School/Library Plan helps an organization run KRKB as a classroom, school library, or public library reading program.
Purchasing and onboarding
KRKB can support billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding for school, district, and library purchasing workflows.
Current account access
Existing free educator accounts and current tools remain available unless a future agreement explicitly changes access.
Managed reader access
Reader seats may be used as school/library-managed reader profiles, roster rows, QR login cards, nicknames, or join paths rather than personal self-created accounts.
Trust documents
KRKB provides privacy, COPPA, FERPA, AI use, moderation, data deletion, accessibility, and subprocessor pages for review.
Written terms
Formal review should use KRKB Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any written agreement KRKB provides for the purchase.
What the plan is meant to support
Classroom setup with school-managed reader profiles, rosters, QR login, assignments, parent take-home letters, moderation, and impact reports.
School library programs with curated shelves, class visits, review crews, reading challenges, Battle of the Books ideas, and family handouts.
Public library programs with branch pages, challenge templates, QR posters, participant handouts, display ideas, end-of-program reports, and optional library-managed reader profiles.
Shared program admin coordination with manual plan visibility, staff setup conversations, and organization reporting needs.
